Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. During limited drops and peak periods this may extend slightly; we'll always note it at checkout if so.

Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–6 working days of dispatch, depending on your location. Metro areas are usually at the faster end of that range.

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are not guarantees, as final delivery is handled by our courier partners.

Orders over ₹1,200 ship free and carbon-neutral. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee is applied and shown clearly before you pay.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If you have an account, you can also follow your order status there.

We're expanding international shipping region by region. If your country isn't yet available at checkout, contact campus@bookies.studio and we'll let you know our timeline.

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email help@bookies.studio with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier and make it right.
