30-day returns
You can return unused notebooks in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
To protect the paper, we can only accept returns of items that are unused and unwritten-in, with any original packaging intact.
How to start a return
Email help@bookies.studio with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with a return address and simple instructions.
Return shipping for a change-of-mind return is arranged by you; we'll help where we can.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return required in most cases.
Limited editions
Numbered limited drops follow the same 30-day return policy, but because runs are small, replacements may not be available if a drop has sold out. In that case we'll issue a full refund.
