Bookies began with a simple frustration: the notebooks that looked good weren't built for real study, and the ones built for study weren't worth looking at. We decided not to choose.

We make premium notebooks, journals, and handbooks for students who make things.

The best ideas rarely arrive at a desk. They show up between lectures, on the last train home, in the margin of a problem set at 2am. A notebook should be ready for all of it — beautiful enough to reach for, tough enough to trust.

So we obsess over the unglamorous details. The exact weight of the paper. The way a spine opens flat and stays there. Covers that survive a semester in a bag. The result is stationery that feels premium without ever feeling precious.

Bookies is a lifestyle brand, not just a store. The notebook is where it starts — but the goal is to build a home for the way a generation of students thinks, creates, and shows up.
